Due to their shape and size, they are ideal for removing kera epidermis and developing the sole of the foot. Gentler gradations (from 180) can also be used to smooth the skin.

The work goes much more smoothly, and the skin after the procedure will be smooth. The epidermis is not deposited on the cap, which could cause clogging and decrease in the effectiveness of the procedure.
